About Krista

Krista knows what it is like to feel as if you are in a straightjacket in your life, in your intimate relationship. Where you wish you could run away and never look back. Through her commitment to overcome the trauma and struggle of such relationships, she combined homeopathy, flower essences, and transformational practices which opened her up to the understanding that the potential for love, joy and true freedom within herself is fundamental to supporting others realize their potential.

She is a certified Calling in “The One” and Conscious Uncoupling Life and Relationship Coach, Homeopath, and Flower Essence Practitioner.  A mother of three children, she was raised and educated in the United States, Belgium, Syria, and Egypt. She has lived and worked in Egypt for the past thirty years.

Krista is a recognized expert in abusive relationship patterns, and commands extensive experience supporting men and women to safely navigate both toxic and culturally-sensitive relationship dynamics.

She publishes and lectures on narcissism, creating and sustaining healthy relationships, as well as homeopathy and flower essences.  She combines fifteen years of law and human rights advocacy work with over fifteen years of clinical experience and study to advocate for your wellbeing with her unique, integrative and effective approach.

Krista speaks fluent English and Arabic.
